The owners of Pecan Point, a local brewpub, sought to revitalize a pair of century-old brick buildings located in the heart of a historic and quiet downtown district. The buildings had seen decades of underuse and were masked by layers of sheetrock and had bricked-over windows. Office JDY developed a plan to reveal these hidden openings and reunite the two spaces. A clean, simple, and democratic architectural palette highlights the historic forms of the interior and exterior.
